Description
On the hill above Rabac is the medieval town of Labin, whose old name Albona was first mentioned in 285 AD. The hometown of Matija Vlačić, the reformer and associate of Martin Luther, is today a cultural and administrative center. It's rare where the wealth of architecture and cultural-historical monuments is combined so charmingly with numerous art studios. A city of Renaissance and Baroque on the east coast of Istria, Labin is a city that unites seventeen settlements and is only 3 km from the sea and the tourist-developed town of Rabac.
Not far from the town of Labin, there is a house with an area of 159 m2. It consists of ground and first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and garage. Internal stairs lead to the first floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a terrace and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. The house is heated with gas underfloor heating and air conditioning. The yard of 372 m2 is beautifully and tastefully decorated. There is a swimming pool, an outdoor grill and a parking lot in the garden. The property is located in an excellent, quiet location surrounded by greenery.
