Labin is a town located on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. It is located on top of a hill overlooking the Kvarner Bay and the island of Cres. One of the main attractions in Labin is the old town, which is a well-preserved medieval core with narrow streets and historic buildings. Renovated stone house with an area of 180 m2, located in the old town of Labin. It consists of four floors: ground floor, first floor, second floor and attic. On the ground floor there is an apartment consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room together, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a studio apartment on the first floor. Internal stairs lead to the second floor. There is a third apartment that extends over two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room and living room together, as well as a storage room. The second floor, i.e. the attic, is reached by internal stairs. In the attic there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is air-conditioned with four air conditioners, one portable air conditioner, and an electric stove. Furniture is partially included in the price of the house.
